👥 Member Limits

Gang Limits

  • Gangs are limited to 15 members.

New Members

  • “Hangarounds” are not full members (not on the gang laptop).
  • Hangarounds cannot participate in active combat/beef/war.
  • Recruiting during an active war is a bannable offense.

New Community Member Cooldowns

  • 14-Day Rule: New players cannot become full gang members until 14 days after joining the city.
  • Requires a minimum of 3 days playtime.

🔄 Gang Swapping

No Gang Hopping

  • Switching gangs frequently is prohibited.
  • Includes being bled out, acting as hangaround, or starting a new gang right after leaving one.

Cooldown

  • 7-Day Cooldown after leaving a gang:
    • No gang-related activity allowed during this time.

⚔️ Initiating War & Conflict Rules

Roleplay Build-Up

  • 30s of RP minimum before robbing another gang.
  • 60s of RP minimum before lethal force (unless in active war).
  • War must have substantial RP justification and storyline.

Officialization of War

  • Retaliation = official war.
  • Robbing of guns, ammo, and oxy is now allowed.

Example:

Gang A attacks Gang B. If Gang B retaliates within 24 hours → war is official.

24-Hour Rule

  • Gangs must actively participate in the war.
  • “Blacking out” (avoiding conflict) = gang strike and possible bans.

War Timer

  • 15-Day War Timer begins when war is initiated:
    • No new beefs/wars during this period.
  • After war ends, same gangs must wait 30 days to re-engage.

Maximum War Duration

  • War cannot last more than 7 days.
  • By day 6, Staff may intervene if unresolved.

Robbery Limitations

  • Only illegal items may be robbed during official war.
  • Legal items like food, phones, radios must be left alone.

Scraping Sprays

  • Defenders must engage during the full scrape.
  • Cannot cancel mid-fight and resume scraping later.
  • Max 4 sprays can be taken per gang per 24 hours.

🔫 Six-Man Rule (Combat Limitations)

Engagement Caps

  • 6 players max per gang in combat (including downed).
  • Applies to:
    • Gang vs Gang
    • Gang vs PD

Violation

  • Breaking the six-man rule = immediate ban.

🎙️ Initiation & External Interference

Initiation

  • Must be properly roleplayed.
  • Simply driving near blocks or being chased ≠ proper initiation.

External Assistance

  • No outside help from other gangs or civilians.
  • Only allowed to share sightings, not shoot.

🚗 Vehicles & Combat Rules

Vehicle Limits

  • Max 3 vehicles per gang per war scene.
  • Cannot swap out for new locals mid-scene.

Vehicle Specs

  • No bulletproof vehicles (e.g., Ignus, STX).
  • No bulletproof mods (e.g., Jester backplate, Issi spoiler).
  • Death ramming is considered NVL and bannable.

Combat Timers

  • 60 min cooldown between fights.
  • Timer begins after 5 minutes of scene inactivity.

No Provocation During Cooldown

  • No instigating or spray scraping during cooldowns.

🧭 Gang Turf & Clothing Rules

Territory Claims

  • Gang turf = area covered by active sprays.
  • Areas outside spray circles are not defendable.

Moving Turf

You can only move your gang block by:

  1. Losing all sprays in a war.
  2. Disbanding your gang via laptop (loses rep, garages, benches).

❌ Selling gangs/turf/laptops is prohibited — both sides risk bans.

Defending Turf

  • Max 15 members may defend turf.
  • If combat starts outside turf, only original 6 may continue when entering turf.

Turf/Spray Wipe

  • Losing all sprays = disbanded gang.

Clothing Requirement

  • During war, all members must wear identifiable colors/clothing/masks.
  • Ensures friend/foe clarity and RP quality.

🚨 Gang Strike System

If any member commits a serious rule break, the gang is reviewed.

Leadership Responsibility

  • Gang leaders/2ICs must enforce rules.
  • If found complicit or negligent → instant disband.

🧾 Reporting Gang Issues

  • Toxic war conduct (e.g., screaming at downed players, excessive shit talk) = bans.
  • OOC instigation in Discord or DMs = 24h ban + automatic gang strike.
  • Powergaming (e.g., locking bodies behind property doors to avoid conflict) = ban.

Always maintain high standards of RP and accountability. Gangs are expected to enrich the server experience — not undermine it.
